In order to get the best deals, delegates are encouraged to book as early as possible. They must travel to Mauritius as from 08th May 2019 and complete their journey by 20th May 2019.

Rules and Conditions

  1. The star stands for the available and will be replaced by the confirmed class Discounted Fares are Net remitted to MK.
  2. Tickets must be issued in MK offices only.
  3. Fare Basis to be strictly indicated on all coupons.
  4. TRAVEL MUST START FROM 8th May 2019 AND BE COMPLETED BY THE 20th May 2019.
  5. Fare eligible to the convention delegates only.

Delegates are advised to take note the following:

  1. Discount will be applied on the Published Regular Market Fare available for sale at the time of booking. Delegates are encouraged to book early to get the best fares.
  2. Reservations must be done and ticketed by the 15th April 2019. Discount will NOT be applicable for reservations made after 15th April 2019.
  3. Air Mauritius Ltd regular Ticketing Timelines will apply for Delegates booking in Advance. At the time of booking you will be informed of the deadlines.
  4. Travel must be completed by the 20th May 2019.
