The Aviation Stakeholders Convention programme will include one-to-one scheduled meeting. To help you get the most value from your participation and enable you make contacts, we invite you to take part in our new one-to-one meeting sessions.

  • Meet African airlines and airports in an exclusive set-up to discuss business and partnerships.
  • Designated table set-up for each participating airline and Airport Company.
  • Schedule of meetings with suppliers, other airlines and service providers that need to discuss business with airlines/airports.
  • Each meeting to last approximately 10-15 minutes.

How does the one-to-one meeting session work?

Commencing from 6 weeks prior to the event up until the event date, scheduled meetings with airlines and airports will be organised by the Networking Coordinator.

Contact AFRAA to secure a meeting slot now or during the conference at the designated meeting coordination desk. The earlier you indicate the companies you would like to meet, the easier we can arrange to have them participate at the event.

On site, the networking coordinator will be available for new meeting requests and to reconfirm prior appointments.
